2. After-sales service

2.2 After-sales service projects include vehicle maintenance, technical consultation, spare parts supply, etc. The relevant service projects are implemented by the customer and the Marketing Department of Haochi Automobile.
2.2.1 Vehicle maintenance, the customer should operate according to law, honest and trustworthy, quality service. The main maintenance item charge price, the current price of commonly used accessories, the maintenance service process, the customer complaint telephone, the organization chart should be publicized in the prominent position of the business reception room and other places. The customer shall provide emergency maintenance and rescue services for automobiles, and publicize service hours, telephone numbers, and charging standards. The customer's maintenance technicians shall meet the relevant requirements and carry out maintenance operations in accordance with the operating specifications. The customer shall develop and implement training plans and make training records according to the maintenance service activities and the abilities of the practitioners.
2.2.2 Technical consultation, Haochi Automotive Marketing Department is responsible for responding to customer ⁄ customer technical consultation. 2.3 The after-sales service network is centered on Haochi Automobile Marketing Department and supported by offices all over the country. 2.6 Vehicle and parts (such as batteries) recovery
2.6.1 The Customer shall verify the ownership or disposal certificate of the Seller's vehicle before recovering the vehicle.
2.6.2 The customer and the seller shall sign a contract to specify the corresponding responsibilities and obligations when conducting vehicle transactions.
2.6.3 In order to eliminate secondary pollution of power batteries and auxiliary batteries, customers shall recycle customers' used batteries in accordance with laws and regulations and relevant regulations.
2.6.4 Customers need to replace or dispose of used power batteries and auxiliary batteries, which can be replaced or recycled by customers across the country.
2.6.5 Customers' used power batteries and auxiliary batteries shall be recycled at the price agreed between Haochi Auto and the customer.
2.6.6 Replace power batteries or auxiliary batteries of different types, and charge the difference between power batteries or auxiliary batteries of different types on the basis of the residual value.
2.7 Haochi Automobile shall perform the recall obligation for defective automobile products in accordance with relevant regulations, and bear the cost of eliminating defects and necessary transportation costs.
